Discord sign-in and account linking

Discord sign-in is optional. With your authorization, JGO receives your Discord ID, Discord name and email address with its verification status. A verified email is used to create a new account; matching email addresses never automatically merge two accounts.

JGO stores the Discord ID and name, the linked JGO account ID, the link date and the account creation method to recognize you on future sign-ins. We do not request access to your messages, friends or server list.

Discord access and refresh tokens are not retained after retrieving your profile. Session cookies support sign-in and protect forms.

You can unlink Discord from My account. If your account was created only with Discord, first set a JGO password and confirm your Discord identity to retain access. You can also permanently delete your account and progress from My account. For other requests about your data, visit the page Help & contact.
